BIOGRAPHY;
Born in the economically destroyed city of Kobcibrheh, located in the long ignored southern plains of Anima under Valean administration, to a criminal, Janek, and a swindler, Lvicesláva, Vlchísláva was in effect born into a life and region deeply affected by and connected to the criminal systems, factions and politics of Remnant. Soon after her birth, her family uprooted from their ancestral home, moving to the equally destitute coastal city of Svatýhrad, where Vlchísláva's father would find his place as a member of a local bratrství gang known as the Zlodehji ; or the Zlodehj Syndikát, an organised administration of criminals bound and controlled on very specific traditions and conceptions. It was, in it's nature, self organising and weeded out those not fit for it's ranks.
Vlchísláva's mother, ill and sickly from an untreated condition, passed only years after arriving in Svatýhrad ; something her father chose to blame on his child.
Vlchísláva's childhood was, to put it mildly, deeply unhappy, trauma-riddled and dark.
Her father's blame manifested in generalised neglect at the lightest and outright physical or emotional abuse at it's worst, and included deeply restricting various aspects of his daughter's life, leaving her without a social group to engage with nor an education as she grew older.
One would not exactly expect whom her saviours were.
Her father often landed in hot water within the Zlodehji for his brash nature, quick to anger temper and tendency to allow his violent wrath interfere with the assignments he received, resulting eventually in in a Bratrurada, a meeting of his superiors within his own house to discuss and grill him on his misdoings, and decide upon an apt punishment. It was during this council of outlaws that one of those visiting, an older man within the administration of the Zlodehj Syndikát by the name of Ctnosláv, caught wind of Janek's now teenage daughter ;
a pale, thin, emotionally destroyed shell.
It resulted in swift and immediate action, for violence against one's own family was a horribly punished taboo in a bratrství.
Ctnosláv chose to adopt the girl and attempt to make something of her life, whilst Janek soon found himself in a shallow grave, an order of execution handed down by his superiors that, even with an attempt made, he could not run from.Vlchísláva proved to be a bright girl once given the care and support a child needed, and whilst obviously scarred and deeply traumatised by her father, settled comfortably ; if coldly, into her place as the protégée of her new adoptive father. She excelled wonderfully at mathematics, a field vital for her intended future role in gang administration, but never truly got a grasp on literature, utterly failing at developing her writing skills past a rudimentary basis. Despite this, her adoptive father deemed her potential great enough to invest further in, and so deeper she was pushed into the criminal world.
In her twenties, she found and did many things. She had her first tastes of love, and her only child ; a boy she was in no right mind to raise, sent away to be adopted elsewhere into a life that would be happier than she could provide, and she was given her first posistions in the Zlodehji. Despite needing a scribe to write for her, she provided a ruthlessly effective governor for her home's bratrství, and whilst women were generally considered secondary in service by their traditions, she rose the ranks by merit alone. Already deeply immersed in the shadowy world of rackets and robberies, with a heart hardened by her past and a mind sharpened by her targeted education, Vlchísláva was perfectly prepared for what happened on the eve of her 26th birthday.
The hejtman, the autocrat of the Zlodehj Syndikát, died unexpectedly.All hell broke loose in the city of Svatýhrad that night, with entire branches, gangs, smaller confederations, even groups as small as heist teams and racket duos, staking claims to leadership. Ctnosláv had a reputable claim to leadership, and with his death years ago, his claim had passed onto her; another traditional conception of the organisation.
With this claim, Vlchísláva would for the first time in her life, take control.
The next three years were brutal, senseless bloodshed, manuvering, murdering, mutilating her way through her opponents until she stood unrivalled; unopposed and uncontrolled.
Her policies that followed changed how the Zlodehji operated fundamentally, not in their traditions, but their actions;
they were to engage with the community around them with violence at a minimum,
and create a rapport.
They would build their own popular support, through generosity and protection.
For Svatýhrad was her home, and by bratrství traditions; treat those within your home as if they are your own kin and blood.After years of rebuilding, and quietly investing into her home city, Vlchísláva and her Syndikát have amassed strong public support in Svatýhrad and are in a powerful position, with them openly influencing public figures, such as politicians, in their and the region's favour; having grown far too powerful for the negligent Valean government to clamp down on her operations in any meaningful way - resulting in a covert system of give and take cooperation between her and the government when it befits both parties.
She presently looks north, intending to expand her black market operations into cities like Vale, and to challenge criminal groups like the Torchwick and Xiong conglomerate.NOTE
The terminology within Vlchísláva's backstory is generally just for flavour and should not be considered additional lore, with the ones mattering being 'Zlodehji' / 'Zlodehj Syndikát' and, to a lesser extent, 'bratrství'.
A 'bratrství', or 'brotherhood', is heavily based on the Russian mafia, or 'bratva', and the Japanese yakuza, or 'gokudō', including strict traditional values and beliefs that guide and organise the gang who follows these conceptions.
Beyond this, a 'bratrství' can and will simply be called a 'gang', 'syndikát / syndicate' or 'criminal group' in general, and can simply be considered for all extents and purposes an organised, disciplined crime organisation with hands in a variety of criminal fields for simplicity in plotting and writing.

PERSONALITY;
Vlchísláva is a deeply disgraceful person, holding no torch to the ideals one could call morals. Utterly cynical, violent and dry of mind, she views the world in incredibly dark and grim ways; pessimistic and misanthropic at her core. Expunged upon by her allies and foes as willing to do anything for her goals, Vlchísláva commands an atmosphere of cold respect from her subordinates, wherein she provides a starkly dark world view that they can offer their own suggestions to ; dialogue is essential to benevolent autocracy in Vlchísláva's eyes.
Intelligent, Vlchísláva possesses a deep knowledge of street diplomacy and administration, with an analytical eye that proves invaluable in negotiations, planning and combat. Her devotion to details and preparation has made her capability for gambits and heists infamous. Her often oxymoronic reasoning and pokerfaced whims that flitter and flip depending on the constantly changing income of succulent information makes her an undisputed mistress of pragmatism, the most loyal, yet untrustworthy, woman in Vale's criminal world.
She is often quiet and reserved, refusing to talk unless she believes it to be necessary, with one large exception ; snark and sarcasm. She finds intense humour in dark jokes, agitating her foes and friends alike with belated retorts and harsh remarks, displaying no regards for feelings. To hurt others is comedic to her ; schadenfreude is the order of her day.Internally, Vlchísláva is a deeply insecure woman. Her childhood of abuse and living a life of expectation and pressure afterwards has made appearing weak a debilitating mental weakness for her. She thus pushes everyone close to her away with her venomous personality and tongue, and burns all the close bridges she develops, to hide her crippled mental accessibility and anxiety from others. She refuses help in almost every situation where it would be of assistance to her personally under the assumption that it would make her appear vulnerable, which she mentally cannot process or allow for herself again after her past.
Vlchísláva also has a genuine soft spot for her home city and region in southern Anima, having helped to jumpstart the local economy after a long recession and push for a revitalisation of the city itself. She maintains a very gentle grip upon the population within and generally forbids unnecessary violence against them despite her position as a criminal autarch, in stark contrast to the ruthless and brutal crackdowns and takeovers against other gangs she has organised in other large settlements in the area.

WEAPONRY OF CHOICE;
Kerberoi ; a pair of gloves with armoured fingers tipped with short, piecing claws. A simple piece of equipment, the armour of the gloves are often retracted into a ring around each finger. The rings of Kerberoi are inlaid with Gravity Dust, allowing the attraction of small objects from a distance into her palms.
The name Kerberoi is the plural of 'Kerberos'. Kerberos is the polycephalic hound of Hades in Ancient Greek mythology.
SEMBLANCE;
Parnasike ; a utility Semblance with an unusual capability focused on tricky mobility. Parnasike allows the user to use their Aura to 'kick off' the air, allowing a variety of advanced movement in combat and freerunning, such as kicking off the air to double jump, or 'walljump' off the air to change momentum and direction to avoid attacks and force an opponent to change their strategy.
Parnasike can only be used a set number of three times before touching the ground again, and has a hefty Aura drain despite the somewhat underwhelming effects of the Semblance, allowing a maximum of 15 uses before Aura reserves will run dry.
The name Parnasike means 'something feminine, of Parnasos' in Ancient Greek. Parnasos Is the mountain upon which Autolykos, son of Hermes, lived and plied his trade as a conman and bandit.
AURA;
Vlchísláva possesses Aura of a deep, dark green shade. Said Aura is shallow, weak and brittle compared to most others, due to the unpleasant and unhealthy upbringing she suffered through, which has had lasting health effects on her both physically and mentally. It is also slow to replenish due to said issues.
